• New accent typeface: Dennis Aligned, digitized from Dennis's real handwriting. Documented on the Typography page with usage rules; font files hosted at /brand/assets/fonts/ (woff2 + ttf).
• Coverage: lowercase, uppercase and basic punctuation, single Regular weight. For handwritten annotations, founder sign-offs and personal asides — never body copy or UI text.

• Foundations: color, typography, iconography (Phosphor), spacing (4px scale), layout & 12-col grid, elevation, radius (multiples of 4), motion.
• 15 components: Button, Link, Eyebrow, Badge, Card, Chip, Tabs, Accordion, Statistic, Marquee, Navigation, Footer, Comparison table, Frame, Visual placeholder, each extracted to _shared/components/ and documented.

• Content: voice & tone + writing guidelines. Resources: logos, backgrounds, badges, AI assets, design tokens.
• Tokens reconciled: cream-first surfaces, chip-surface family, monospace token, radius scale aligned to multiples of 4 (card-radius 14→16), section padding 96.

Conventions

The hub is the source of truth. Components live in /_shared/components/ and render live on every doc page. Code is canonical; this site reflects it.
